I take all major forms of payment including debit/credit cards. My current fee is $0.98 per square foot of space under roof and includes up to:

• up to 6 sets of bid drawings

• 6 sets of final drawings for building purposes

• 12 hours of design time per 1,000 sq. ft. under roof

• Additional hours are billed at $150 per hour

Addition/remodel projects are charged at $150 per hour of design time.

Extra sets of printed drawings are charged at $0.70 per square foot of paper used.

Basements are not included as part of the under roof calculation except for future/finished spaces in the basement.
